'Morning Glory' is situated within the select residential area of Durants, close to Barbados Golf Club. It lies in attractive communal landscaped grounds, a driveway up to the house being entered via double electronic gates. There is a lovely well maintained 28ft swimming pool to the rear of the property. Although it is shared between the 6 properties in the development, it is seldom used, as 3 of the owners live abroad, and the other 2 are out at work all day. There are French windows leading out to the front garden where there is a small terrace with an outdoor table, chairs and sun loungers, having ample outdoor lighting, making it ideal for dining alfresco. Golf The house actually overlooks Barbados golf course, which is an excellent course within easy walking distance, and open to the general public. The popular Rockley 9 hole golf course is just a 15 minute drive away, and is also open to the general public. There are other prestigious courses on the West Coast at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland.
