Description

The house is situated near a Mini Mart Store, Sports Bar, Ski Shop, etc., just a 10 min walk. Cottonwood Upscale Restaurant and Bar is a 20 min walk, while Oldtown Downtown Truckee is 25 min walk, Tahoe Donner is 10 min drive, Squaw Ski Resort is 10 min drive, North Star Ski Resort is 10 min drive, and Mt. Rose Ski Resort is 35 min drive.

This 2,300 sq foot house sleeps 10 and has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Jacuzzi tub is installed in upstairs in the Master Bedroom. Additional sleeping is provided with room for air mattresses in the loft or Master Bedroom. New furniture, bedding, and linens are provided. New Memory Foam Mattress are included on all beds. New 2 32” Flat Screens are located in each master bedroom.

Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel pots and pans, coffee maker, waffle maker, with place settings for 12. It is also stocked with all necessary cooking utensils, with seating for 18! Six bar chairs, 8 dining chairs, and 2 benches are included in the dining area.

Great Room includes new 50” plasma, surround sound with Denon Receiver, Bose Speakers, and iPod Dock, various movies (approximately 50), Wii, Blu-Ray / DVD player, Nintendo 64 game console with various games, and various board games. Open floor plan is good for entertaining or 2 families. Sofa, love seat, chair and Ottoman are also included.

Direct TV service, High definition DVR in is also provided in the Great Room. High speed Internet digital subscriber line (DSL) wireless is available throughout the house. Washer and dryer is included for your convenience. 3 car garage is situated outside. Gas BBQ is also provided.
