Near to South Molton it is ideally situated as a base to explore the beautiful countryside of North Devon and Mid Devon, Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks and the other wonderful attractions North Devon has to offer. North Devon’s amazing beaches are only 40 minutes drive away.

Orchard cottage has two bedrooms, sleeps up to four people and pets are welcome. Facilities include everything you'd expect from well-appointed holiday accomodation including broadband Internet access, a fully equipped modern kitchen and underfloor heating.

Short Breaks

These can begin on any day of the week. The rental for a three night break is 75% of the weekly tariff for that period. Four nights are charged at 80% of the weekly tariff and five nights at 85%.
Short Breaks beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday are charged at the rate of the previous Saturday. Short Breaks begining on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday are charged at the rate of the following Saturday.
Please note: Short Breaks are not available during July and August.
