Description
The rear windows look out to the ski slopes. The basement garage with separate ski-store leads into a large bathroom area. The ground floor comprises large living/dining area with cozy log stove (plenty of logs) & kitchen with breakfast bar. The huge furnished deck faces Mt Yotei. A 2nd sitting room/4th bedroom is at the rear. The upper floor has 3 double bedrooms, huge deck, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Recliners are provided on all the decks. Niseko averages 14 meters of powder a year - just think of it!!
The house has been fully renovated for winter 2008 - All furniture, kitchen and appliances are new. Rental can include optional 4WD van parked in the internal garage, so you stay warm and dry all the way home! (allow additional $70 per day)

We are 800 meters from the nearest ski lift, and the public bus runs past the front door. You can also hire a 4WD van locally for easier shopping, ski access and then you can explore this amazing region with its many restaurants and Onsen (outdoor hot baths) Satellite/cable, Wireless internet access, Linen and towels provided, Central heating |

There is a large internal garage with remote doors and ski store leading into the main bathroom area, so you stay warm and dry! We are on a huge lot so parking is no problem. Snow removal of driveway is included. |

Niseko is becoming the ultimate all-season resort. The skiing is unbelievable and has to be experienced - deep deep dry powder runs through silver-birch woods. Night skiing over a huge area until 9pm - every night ! Huge off-piste bowls for the brave - and competent. Summer is awesome too with five 18-hole golf courses locally, horse-riding, river fishing, rafting - all amid the most beautiful countryside.
