We have 270 North (Apt 11), which is a new 5 star rated apartment overlooking Fistral Beach and is situated right next to the beach / sea. Ours is a two bedroom apartment with lift to its own floor (security protected) and with its own garage. This apartment really does have everything and we were first to buy and had choice. www.270north.net
Waters Edge (Apt 17), which is a top floor apartment 4 / 5 Star rated apartment situated further along the road from 270 North and is also right next to the Fistral Beach with its own parking to the rear. This one bedroom apt with double bed settee in the lounge (to facilitate family of 4) had a brand new fitted kitchen installed in 2009 and even though the apartment is only 10 years old it is equipped to very modern and exacting standards. www.watersedge-newquay.co.uk
Chatsworth Apartments overlook the Gannel Estuary and are modern, well equipped one & two bedroom apartments, the later being 4 Star rated, ideally situated between Fistral Beach, boating lake and town .
