Magnolia House (BH24 3RG) is located in Hightown a much sought after area of Ringwood. Ringwood has recently been introduced as one of the newest members to the New Forest National Trust.

Magnolia House is the perfect retreat for a family holiday, with it's 4 bedrooms, kitchen, separate dining room, downstairs wc and lounge which leads out to the conservatory which offers views of Hightown Lake.

The private and enclosed garden of Magnolia House is the most idyllic setting or base for families that choose the New Forest for their holiday or weekend getaway. Magnolia is set in a quiet cul de sac, there is a bike trailway and farm shop just off Crow Lane.

The upstairs of Magnolia House has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom overlooks the front the property with en-suite shower, wash hand and wc facilities, king-size bed, side tables,wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobes and a bed settee. Bedroom 2 again overlooks the front of the property has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, fitted with mirrored wardrobe and a wall mounted TV. Bedroom 3 which is situated at the back of the property has the best view of the property overlooking the lake, has twin beds, bedside table and lamps also fitted with mirrored wardrobes. The 4th Bedroom also has views of the Lake is furnished with a set of bunk beds and is situated next to the family bathroom which is furnished with a Victorian roll top bathroom suite.

The enclosed private secure garden with its lovely shrubs makes it a safe environment for children. The Lake is a popular destination for the migration of Canadian Geese as well as the Mallard Ducks who nest and are regular visitors and are often seen quacking at the garden fence for their breakfast.

Ground Floor entrance downstairs w.c. Dining room, Fully fitted Kitchen with Granite worktops and backdoor leads into the enclosed garden which leads onto the Lake, fishing available at an additional cost. Cosy Lounge with 42" flatscreen TV/DVD, with fireplace, patio doors leads out to Conservatory leading out onto lawned private garden. 1st Floor Master bedroom with en-suite shower room. 3 further double bedrooms with views of the lake, bathroom with victorian roll top bath. Parking for 2-3 cars.

Within a short walk one can enjoy the beauty of the forest and its wildlife, where riding, fishing and golf are all available. Or why not visit Salisbury, Southampton, Bournemouth, Winchester and the south coast with all their attractions.

Farm Shop 0.5 miles, pub and restaurant 2 mins stroll

Ringwood Fishing club are the host society of the lake and hold regular competitions, a temporary fishing license can be purchased upon request.

The local pub The "Elm Tree" a beautifully thatched public house serving the local brewery's beers Ringwood beers & country wines, the food is very good too.

Ringwood Town is a 15 mins walk from Magnolia House, like every town there is a market and this is on a Wednesday. 15 mins drive from Ringwood is the beautiful and historical town of Christchurch where you can find the lovely beach of Highcliffe, Hengitsbury Head and Highcliffe Castle. Burley village is 10 mins away or a 20 mins bike ride, famous for Pagan History. There are numerous golf courses scattered in a 10 mile radius. NOTE: Our payment terms are :-

£300 deposit is required when booking. Full payment to be received at least 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Payment is acceptable, via BACs or cheque

One third of the cost secures your booking and should be made by cheque or internet banking, this is non refundable 8 weeks prior to your stay.

Cancellations made in good time will be refunded if the property can be refilled

Last minute bookings must be paid via internet banking or cash

Refundable security deposit £300 couples/families or £500 single sex groups

Final balance is due 3 weeks prior to holiday together with the security deposit

Lost keys will be charged at £20.00

We ask you to leave the property in the same pristine condition as when you arrived, please consider our next guests in order to refund the £300.00 refundable security deposit.

Strictly no smoking, except outside of the property.

Check in is normally from 3pm & Departure 11am

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

* £300.00 cautionary deposit taken on all holiday lets which is returned after the holiday provided there are no breakages or mishaps within 14 days (subject to satisfactory property check).

Free horse riding lessons for every two week booking.

Payment can be made via BACs or Cheque.

We ask you to leave the property in the same pristine condition as when you arrived, please consider our next guests. Cleaning will be charged at £10.00 per hour and taken from your deposit if the property is not returned in the orignal condition.
