Description
This property is situated within the Vineyards 5 Star Complex incorporating villas, apartments, hotel and restaurant. It is beautifully landscaped with 2 large swimming pools and a children's pool and play area. It has 1 bedroom sleeping upto 5.
It is in a quiet and peaceful location but within easy distance of Black Sea attractions. There are shop on site for basic requirements with customer care desk situated in the lobby of the hotel for any enquiries. Excursion office is situated next to the restaurant.
Should anyone require the use of a travel cot or car seat (toddler) and can be changed to a booster seat. This can be arranged for a small fee of £10 per week per item.
It is located on ground floor but there are some steps. No wheelchair ramps on site at present. There is a small private garden accessed via lounge and bedroom with table and chairs overlooking second pool with waterfall.
Sunny Beach, Ravda and Nessebar are approximately 10 minutes drive away. St Vias 20 minutes. There are also 2 aqua parks within a short driving distance and well worth a visit! Local buses run from outside the vineyards to to all the above.
A visit to Sozopol is recommended for its beautiful beach, fascinating old town and harbour as well as bars and restaurants. Nessebar is a UNESCO heritage site again with cobbled streets, wooden houses, shops with local crafts, bars and restaurants - a place to return to often.
Sunny Beach has 8km of golden sands and is a popular tourist resort with many water sports available. It should be noted that not many shops and restaurants accept credit cards but there are plenty of cash points and banks around if needed.

Preferred changeover day Saturday but this can be flexible depending on flights and availability. Apartment will be available from 3:00pm on date of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00am on departure date (flexible if no incoming visitors on same day).
Booking made with £100 non refundable deposit per week. Full payment must be made six weeks before booked date,together with £100 refundable security deposit. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not made by the due date.
