Description

The manor house offers views over the well-maintained golf course or onto the grassy courtyard. Each apartment has it's own entrance through french doors which open onto an outdoor space perfect for watching sunrise and sunset. There are original stone walls (stays cool in hot weather) and contemporary reclaimed teak furnishings. The kitchenette studio has 2 electric hobs, heating, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Each apartment has 1/2/3 bedrooms with separate bathroom/shower. The swimming pool is shared with other residents. There are 2 other pools on-site including a children’s pool. The golf club has a restaurant and a spa with indoor heated swimming pool (payment on-site). Residents parking.

. There is also a private villa next to the shared swimming pool. Stunning views over lush valleys.

The villa is a perfect Winter destination with cosy sofas and open fireplace. There is an island worksurface in the open plan living room to enjoy your cooking around and if you feel in need of some exercise, the golf course is there.

Locally, there are many beautiful walks in the surrounding area and the golf course becomes deserted after 18.00. Walk to the nearby village of Barbaste for your fresh baguette, with its Roman bridges, canals and restaurant next to the Henri IV watermill and market day. There is an international equestrian centre 5 mins away and beyond that Les Landes forest stretch until you reach the sea. There is also an open air heated swimming pool and nearby spa facilities for those who want to stay close to home and just chill.

For wine lovers, the award winning Caves des Buzet are nearby as well as the famous Armagnac distillerys. Stretch your legs on serene river walks or take a boat on a canal cruise along the River Baise. Notable Chateaux in the area are Montailleau and Caseneuve. The nearby historical town of Nerac, home of the story/film, Chocolat and the court of Henri IV, with its chateau and typical french market is a beautiful old town offering al fresco dining next to the River Baïse, walks and boating along the river. There is also a newly built aqua resort which is excellant fun for the whole family. Nerac offers everything you would expect from a French market town.

This is unspoilt rural part of France perfectly situated for golfers and non-golfers.

Massage, reflexology treatments can be arranged. Also pilates or yoga classes, or even a quartet if classical music is your thing. Please let us know your requirements, we can also organise the catering.

A CLASSIC option price which includes your linen and towels but not cleaning at the end of your stay. This gives you the option of cleaning after your stay.

Reservation deposit: For bookings made 6 weeks before departure: 12% payment guarantees reservation to be made in advance by bank transfer. If less than 6 weeks-50%. See below for: Security deposit. The remaining balance can be paid on-site on your arrival. This can be paid by cash in euros or by card or Eurocheque.

An additional security deposit of €300-00 or equivalent currency, against any breakages is payable upon your arrival. This deposit,or balance of deposit will be returned to the party leader (the name of the person on the booking confirmation form) within 24 hours of departure.

There is a tarif for animals at 50 euro per animal or 9 euro per night.

Breakfast / petit dejeuner: 8 euro.
