Leading from the upstairs living room, is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable guests to dine outside. The balcony doubles as cover for the downstairs porch with views of the beautiful pool and gardens. With four double and one twin bedroom, the house is ideal for families with plenty of amenities and facilites in the surrounding area to see and do during their stay.
The Pristine beaches is a good place to visit with its duty-free shopping, posh resorts, dazzling casinos, exciting attractions, historical landmarks along with water and land sports of every kind are all waiting for each guest. The local beach being only a minute's walk from the property, it is sure that the guests will spend lots of time at this place as well as the the Bahamas area.
