The house is located in an incredibly quite road in this very leafy suburb of North London. The area is home to families and professionals. It has always been a popular area for actors and actresses to live, this is due to its village like feel despite being so close to the West End with all it's theaters and amenities.
There are very few cars that drive past the house as the road is 'tucked away' and is very unique for London. You can sit in the garden at night and here very little apart from the odd plane nearby or the geese flying overhead heading for the local boating lake.
A 5 minute walk takes you into the heart of fashionable Muswell Hill where you can enjoy the wonderful array of shops and restaurants. It is like a village within a city and has stunning views over London. There is also a small Art Deco cinema in Muswell Hill Center which is a listed building due to its historical style.
A 10 minute walk or a short bus rides takes you to the local train station Alexandra Park and Tube station, Bounds Green on the Piccadilly line that allows you to take full advantage of all of Central London within 25 minutes.
