Along with oil fired central heating, the property also boasts its amenities including open fireplace in living room, dining room and master bedroom. There are also walk in wardrobes in master and second bedroom.
The property benefits to its closeness to Lough Foyle Ferry, which is a 5 minute drive giving access to the Giants Causeway, Portrush, Portstewart and Coleraine. It then takes a half hour drive from city of Derry while it takes 2 hours from Belfast. Moville offers a choice of pubs serving food and often live Irish music while Greencastle offers beaches suitable for bathing and surfing with blue flag status.
Kinnego Bay is popular with stunning beach and views which is just a 10 minute drive away. Leisureland at Redcastle is a great theme park for kids, and is a must try.
The outside layout of the property consists of gravel driveway with parking for 5+ cars. Garden is laid to lawn with path leading to shore of Lough Foyle providing access to path leading to Moville and up towards Greencastle. The beach is just located at the foot of the garden while golf courses are also available nearby.
Some of the golf courses includes: Redcastle Golf Course. 9 holes. 10 minute drive. Greencastle Golf Club. Links course 18 holes 10 minute drive. Ballyliffin Golf Club. 2 links 18 hole courses. 35 minute drive. Plus many more courses on the other side of the lough via the ferry, Castlerock and Royal Portrush to name a few.
Moville also has three cash points. The shops are well stocked and includes pharmacies, banks and two supermarkets, providng all the needs of the guests.

The full rental fee (including the oil surcharge if applicable) is payable six weeks in advance of your holiday date. Your £200 booking fee/bond will be retained as a damage deposit which will be refundable two weeks after your departure assuming no damage has occured. A heating oil surcharge of £30 per week is payable on all booking between October and March inclusive.

recommended We would advise that you have a car if you plan to see most of what is around. There is a bus service that runs from Moville into Derry. The Airporter bus runs from Derry Airport to both of Belfasts airports. |
