Description

Rosie's cottage is a superbly furnished self catering cottage only 400m for the harbour of the magical village of Mousehole. The cottage comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with fan oven/grill, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. There is also a Fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee filter. A dining table seats four, there is a separate utility with a washing machine and ironing board. The lounge boasts original features such as beamed ceilings, fireplace with exposed granite wall and electric wood burning effect stove, TV with Free-view and DVD player. Parking is available (unallocated) outside the cottage this is a huge plus as parking in Mousehole is not easy to find.

West Cornwall offers a wide aray of attractions and activities from the Mazey Day festival at Penzance, the Lafrowda Festival at St Just, New Years Eve at St Ives plus various feast days for the many villages around Penwith. Local attractions also include the Minack Theatre with it famous open air cliff top theatre. Porthcurnos stunning sandy beach. Hidden coves such as Lamorna and Penberth. Lands End with its iconic signpost amd dramatic cliffs. Sennen and Gwenvor boast outstanding family fun sandy beaches with Surf schools. For walkers the north coast of St Just ( Cape Cornwall) Botallack ( iconic Cornish Engine Houses on Cliff face) and Pendeen with Geevor Tin Mine are all a must see. The rear of the property edges a river and fields. PARKING IS AVAILABLE within the road outside the property ( UNALLOCATED). The cottage is only a 3 minute walk from all that this charming village has to offer, fantastic restaurants, village pub, art galleries and shops. Stunning harbour and beach with childrens pool built by local villagers.
