Description
La Louisiane comfortably sleeps 8 people within total en-suite accommodation, which comprises of one master double bedroom with two private terraces, en-suite and a dressing room, two further doubles and one twin room, all en-suite.
The house offers a private swimming pool, boule area, a relaxing purpose built Bedouin tent, shaded outside dining area plus a further two outdoor lounging areas. Below is a summary of what La Louisiane has to offer.
The Villa is fully staffed with a housekeeper and caretaker. The Maximum number of guests is limited to 8 and, unfortunately, we do not accept children under 12 years of age.

La Louisiane is located in Mougins and is in a fabulous location. Designed to the highest specification, every aspect of this house is designed to a 5-star standard.
Top Floor
The top floor of the property comprises of the main master suite with it’s own dressing room, large bathroom (large shower area / separate bath) and separate WC. This room has a large private balcony overlooking the pool area and Cannes along with a secluded relaxation terrace.
In addition there are two en-suite double rooms and a twin en-suite bedroom. Both double bedrooms have access to another balcony overlooking the pool area and Cannes.
Middle Floor
The feature staircase brings you down to the Middle floor of the property where there is a large lounge with an open fireplace and large plasma TV with Sky and built in surround sound speakers.
There is a guest bathroom, a large formal dining room and a high specification kitchen plus utility room.
The kitchen leads to a shaded outdoor dining area perfect for al fresco living, plus two seating areas for relaxing. On the floor is the large swimming pool with fantastic views over Cannes. The pool area is equipped with several high quality sun loungers and canopy covers.
Outside Ground Floor
From the pool area there is a lighted outdoor staircase that leads to a relaxing evening area which boasts a boule area, a Bedouin tent and a useful kitchen area.
