The villa itself is light, air-conditioned, and well equipped, with spectacular views of the distant mountains of Sierra Bernia and the sea with the Rock of Calpe. It has a lovely garden and its own private pool.There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and, if wanted, a further large bedroom and bathroom in the Garden Suite which has its own entrance. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials for self-catering, including a cooker, microwave, toaster and large fridge/freezer. It opens onto the living room whose curved windows have lovely views over the surrounding community and distant hills. Outside the sitting room is a spacious naya with seating for eight. Steps from the naya lead down to a large pool with a sun terrace. The terrace has sun loungers and a large umbrella.
There are two communal pools with a bar within walking distance and many sandy beaches in this area with lovely beach bars.
The communal pools have a little snack bar and there is a pub and a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the villa.
Completed in 2004, this villa is part of a new development situated on the cliff tops of Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell near the charming fishing port of Moraira. This area of Spain is tastefully developed and is noted for the absence of high rise flats and hotels. There are many local towns to visit such as Moraira, Calpe and Altea and the surrounding hills are covered with orange and olive groves. Javea, Calpe and the Jalon Valley are all nearby. The small towns of Benitachell, Benissa and Teulada are only 10 minutes away. All the villages hold a weekly market where bargains are to be had. The larger seaside town of Javea (also with superb beaches) is less than 20min drive. A little further afield is the mountaintop village of Guadalest with spectacular 360 degree views of Spain. For children, Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are 40min away.
For those interested in golf, there are a number of golf courses within easy reach of the villa.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remainder of the rental six weeks before your holiday.
A refundable breakages deposit of £150 must be paid with the rental.
