Fattoria of the Gualtiere is a beautiful old farmhouse, just restructured, composed of the first floor were every now and then, the owner lives, and one apartment, quite and fresh in the summer, for the guests at the ground floor with their own private entrance and garden.
There are lovely views all around and it is easy to reach many interesting places in Southern Tuscany such as, Montepulciano, Pienza, Monticchiello.
The Farmhouse is perfect in all periods of the year, from the spring to the autumn, and you will see the seasons changing, looking the colours that will change from green to red and in to yellow.
There is only one apartment rented in this farmhouse
The Farmhouse is perfect for guest how love the privacy and the quite.
This farmhouse do not have a swimming pool. Guest can use one the swimming pool available in the Fattoria di Argiano. There is an inside road that connect Fattoria delle Gualtiere with Fattoria di Argiano were we have a swimming pool. Guest can reach the Fattoria di Argiano walking 15 minutes, or by car. Guest can use a room / toilet in the Fattoria when they come in the swimming pool.
Spiga apartment is the place for people how want a place to relax and to stay while they traveller around the old Tuscany cities.
You can taste a glass of red of Montepulciano or Chianti of Montepulciano sitting under the stars, while you eat some chease and bruschetta with our oil.
The place is peaceful, outside in the garden; you have the possibility to relax under the trees or to eat under the stars.
It's also available for family with small children, because there are no steps, and the house exit directly in a private garden .
The apartment is finely furnished, with antiques, wood bed and traditional Tuscan terracotta brick floors, with wood beam ceilings.

From the super high-way A1 (Milan-Florence-Rome) exit CHIUSI-CHIANCIANO.
Turn right and follow indications for CHIANCIANO TERME and MONTALLESE.
After you have covered 6.7 Km you arrive to the small village of MONTALLESE.
You pass the train station of the MONTALLESE and you turn left for CHIANCIANO TERME.
After you have covered 2.5 Km you turn right for VIA DI POGGIO PAGANO (just after red house ANAS).
You go in the digging country road for 2.4 Km until you see at your left the FATTORIA (big house yellow).
