Situated in its own 2 acres of woodland enjoy a peaceful holiday disturbed only by visiting deer. Accommodation furnished and equipped to the highest standard. With a wide range of activities nearby the perfect vacation is guaranteed.
A 5 minute drive from Mont Tremblant village and 10 minutes from the busy resort of Tremblant our house overlooks the tranquil Lac Mercier. Just a few minutes walk from the house is the P’tit Train du Nord, a trail over 200 kilometers long. The trail connects each of the districts of Mont Tremblant and provides access to many lakes and other trails for cycling and walking.
The house stands in 2 acres of forestry. It has 3 storeys with decking around much of the first floor to enjoy the fantastic mountain, lake and forest views which surround the house.
A gazebo fully equipped with garden furniture and net protection on all windows is accessed direct from the kitchen and allows guests to enjoy dining 'el fresco'.
The house is light and spacious and a home where families can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and many activities offered in Mont Tremblant. It is ideally situated for those who want a peaceful and relaxing vacation with access to the busier activity in the resort of Tremblant and the variety of shops, restaurants and other many facilities close by. Tremblant resort is a 10 minute drive where there is free parking and a free shuttle bus to the ski area. We have a contract with a local snow removal service for the driveway to be cleared of snow.

The large gazebo at the rear of the house has high quality furniture to seat 6 people. A large and powerful BBQ will meet the needs of all aspiring chefs. The area of Mont Tremblant offers a wide range of leisure activities for visitors of all ages. In winter there is downhill and cross country ski-ing, snowmobiling, a spa, dog sledding. In spring there are various water sports, rafting, lake cruises, horse riding, cycling (there are 2 bicycles at the house for guests use), trekking, golf (6 major courses within a few miles), fishing to name but a few. In Mont Tremblant there is a Luge, activity centre, climbing tower and other leisure options. Activities are organised for children and families throughout the summer season. There are concerts, film and music festivals held in Mont Tremblant in the summer. The National Park of Mont Tremblant is a 20 minute drive away and offers miles of trails for trekking, cycling and other outdoor activities. It also has numerous lakes and rivers - great for canoeing.

A beautiful house with all mod cons
I would like to thank you for letting us spend the weekend in your beautiful house. We had a wonderful time, and we would love to return in the future. I will also recommend it to my other friends.
We fell in love with the house at first sight, everything blends in so well, the decoration and the environment is so peaceful and relaxing. We had everything we needed there.

an amazing time! Every day was packed with activities followed by
great wines and excellent food.
We felt bold enough to tackle the Via Ferrata and the Acrobranche. The
kids had a blast! The parents feel years younger or older depending on
your point of view.
We also rented bikes and covered 50 km on some beautiful paths. The
best part was to come home to nice, hot showers and good beds. It
makes all the difference.
The trees were starting to turn as we left so I'm sure you'll be in
for a great show in colours.

So peaceful and quiet
Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home. We loved cooking with all the top end utensils and appliances, and the bedding and throw blankets were so luxurious. It was so peaceful and quiet in the evenings and easy to fall asleep ( not always the case in new places). We felt right at home immediately. The design of the home works really well, especially the mud room by itself on another level. At other places we look at the pile of ski boots, hats, coats etc. and at your place it is out of sight .
We will contact you the next time we are planning a trip to Tremblant. The cleaning staff also did a fabulous job. When we arrived you could not tell another family had just left that day
A great vacation
I just wanted to thank you for your hospitality which you extended to our
family during our stay this past week at 470 Lac Mercier. Everything
about the cottage was as expected and things went off without any
problems. You and your wife have a lovely vacation home. Enjoy your time

A wonderful house
We got back from Canada two days ago and I don't wont to miss the opportunity to say thanks again for renting your wonderful house to us.
