his is a wonderful location for walkers, with Offa's Dyke footpath only a mile or so away and a wealth of footpaths including across Haterell Hill to the Llanthony Valley, where you can visit the famous ruins of the Abbey. Pony trekking and riding centres and other outdoor activity providers are all to be found in this area. This would be the ideal spot for complete peace and quiet and for "getting away from it all" and a perfect family house for a special occasion or family reunion. The area has a wealth of interesting places to visit, excellent gastro-pubs and restaurants. With the Abergavenny Food Festival it really is a food lover's destination with excellent Farmer's markets and local food shops.
