Description

This lovely apartment is only 100m from the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants easy walking distance and without having to cross the main road. The complex is ideal for children.

Living Area

The apartment is 1st floor with private lift access available. Modern kitchen and bathrooms, bright and airy throughout and in a quiet location. It has a balcony overlooking the pool with lounges available around the pool. The apartment has sky TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 Games Console with plenty of games. The Mijas Playa club is one of the most sort after for rental in the area because of its location. The complex has two pools and has well kept gardens. There are plenty of bars and restaurants of all nationalities within easy walking distance and without having to cross the main road. There are plenty of golf courses in the area and a 9 hole course, which can be walked too at La Noria in a couple of minutes.

The kitchen comprises of oven & hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave and all normal kitchen utensils.

Outside
