The accommodation provides 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, a separate shower room, lounge with dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen with utility area.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven/hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and all utensils and crockery.

The lounge/dining room opens onto the large sun terrace through sliding doors, and provides 2 leather sofas, coffee table, television with free to view channels, CD and DVD player, and dining table and chairs for 4.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, which can be split to make 2 singles, and large fitted wardrobes fitted with drawers, and sliding doors. The en-suite bathroom has bath with shower, wash-hand basin, wc, and bidet.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bedside table, and also has fitted wardrobes, with drawer space.

The separate shower room also has a wash-hand basin and wc.

All linen and towels supplied, including beach towels. There is a store-room in the basement garage where we have children's beach toys, including buckets and spades.

The south-west facing, L-shaped, terrace ensures an all-day sunny aspect, and overlooks the paddle court and the 7th/16th tee of the adjoining La Noria golf course. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a table and 4 chairs, and a 2 seat sofa, 2 arm chairs, and a coffe table. It's perfect for topping up that tan, enjoying some al fresco dining, or a relaxing aperitif before strolling into the village for dinner. There are steps to the private garden, which has access to the communal gardens and the pool area.

Originally a fishing village, La Cala de Mijas is lergely unspoiled, and retains much of it's original charm. Although it is primarily a residential area with a palm-lined main street, it also has a variety of shops, lively bars, and good quality restaurants. It also boasts an EU blue flag, award winning beach . There are 2 supermarkets (Supersol and Mercadona), and a number of banks with ATM facilities.

The apartment has a supply of tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, soap powder, and kichen and toilet rolls. Milk and bread will be provided for guest arrival.
