This pure luxury villa with 24hr security is set within a private gated development of 5 hectares of olive groves and beautiful morrocan water gardens,designed by the french architect Charles Boccara and is fully staffed to cater for all your holiday needs, whether you want to relax by the pool , have beauty treatments at the spa or feel more energetic and play tennis or petanque by the club house - it's all here !
The villa is 12km from Marrakech city centre, Our courtesy shuttle service runs every three hours from 9am - 6pm. Each of the three bedrooms are wonderfully decorated with traditional features ,The two main bedrooms have direct access on to the private walled garden and heated pool, the third bedroom although slightly smaller is more private and has access on to the secluded courtyard with it's lush plants and water fountain. Each room has mosquito nets over the double beds and en suite shower/bathrooms and full air conditioning and heating.
The lounge has a wonderful open fire place ,which the house keeper will light for you in the winter months , there is also TV.dvd, and music system and a lovely dining area and large leather sofa's and pouffs. four metre high ceilings, amazing tall french doors and windows over looking the garden and pool. full A/C and heating. many board games and dvd's to use.
There is also a seperate cloakroom .
The courtyard has a stunning dining and private lounge area with TV . The walled garden is beautifully tended ,with olive and orange trees. The pool is stunning ,with a shaded seating booth at one end . A short walk through the gardens will bring you to the club house ,where you will find a lovely bar area and large communal pool
plus a luxury professionally run spa . There are tennis courts ,and bikes for hire and free internet access all arranged at the club house. At the entrance to the development are the courtesy drivers, who leave for town from 9am - 6pm and return to the villa on a shuttle service which is free.
The villa is also equipped with a safe for valuables ,cots and a single sofa bed at no extra charge.
Excursions and car hire can be arranged from the villa along with restaurant reservations and baby sitting services. Transfers to and from the airport are complimentary.

We are very near to one of the best golf courses in Marrakech There are lovely beach type clubs such as Niki beach 40 mins away and a fantastic water park for all the family about a 30min drive away. The beach is a three hour drive away Skiing is about 1.5 hours away in winter months
