• Daily maid service of two hours per day is mandatory. This is required for general household cleaning. This is charged at €15 euros per hour, from the day after your arrival up to and including the day of your departure.

• Additional cleaning can be arranged at €15 per each hour. It is recommended to contract at least 4 hours per day. You will find having help greatly increases your enjoyment of your holiday at the villa. You may add from 1 to 6 hours of additional cleaning help. Our staff can help you with all tasks such as: washing and ironing clothes, making bedrooms, washing dishes and helping you to prepare food, and serving your guests. All cleaning charges must be agreed and paid for in advance of your rental. Daily housekeeping and laundry can also be arranged at €15 per hour.

• At the time of the booking we take a 20% deposit plus €1000 fully refundable security and damages deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

• Meals can be prepared by a chef as required, also daily fresh breakfasts can also be prepared if required.

Bedrooms 1,2 and 5 are suites with sofas and armchairs allowing you to work or dine in privacy within your room. Local leisure activities	Ski: The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about two hours away, and is open from November to May. It contains over 100kms of pistes and at 3,400 metres high offers the best skiing in Spain. It is ideal to tie a few days skiing with a trip with the Alhambra Palace in Granada. Golf: The villa is ideally situation right in the heart of Spain's golfing centre. In fact the nearest golf course is less than 5 minutes away, there are 10 within 10 minutes, and within 30 minutes there are over 30 courses. Everything you could need
We recently stayed at Gran Hacienda Florentina and had the most fantastic time, our young daughter and her friend particularly loved the cinema and the infinity pool whilst we enjoyed having the time to relax. The villa is superbly appointed and very luxurious. We are hoping to visit again later in the year.

Contemporary, Stylish accomodation
We have just been on a holiday to Gran Hacienda Florentina and have to say it is just as fabulous as the other two properties here that we have visited before. The villa is furnished in a contemporary style entirerly suited to it, complete with infinity pool and games room. it is just fantastic for a large family get together as it suits both adults and the little ones. Best holiday in a long long while....

Golfers paradise
What a great spot for a golfing trip ! We recently travelled to Florentina for a golfing holiday and I have to say it was superb, the golf was excellent with so many courses to choose from and afterwards relaxing at the villa or dining out in Puerto Banus we were spoilt for choice.
