The apartment’s kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities. A washer/dryer is in the joining utility. There are two bedrooms, although set up as twin rooms, can be changed to doubles. There are four bathrooms of which two are family bathrooms, one en suite and one shower room. The lounge, dining area and the fabulous patio, can accommodate up to 6 people, are all provided with amenities for lavish experience. The patio opens on to a lovely garden surrounded by colourful flowers such as Bougainvilliaand Hibiscus - a great place to dine or to relax.
Rio Real is ideally located in a serene locale with easy access to Rio Real beach. Just five minutes from Marbella. Inside the village is a short walk to the well-known Rio Real Golf Course, with its excellent clubhouse and restaurant. Bicycle rental, water sports, horse riding and other amenities are easily accessible.
In just few distances is the swimming pool with sun loungers, sunshades and even a small library. The ecstatic views enveloped the pool area is giving an atmosphere of exclusivity.
Easy accessible via the International Airport at Malaga, the Marbella region is one of Europe's leading holiday destinations. From tranquil whitewashed villages to lively harbours, marinas and beachfronts there is everything to offer for all tastes. Marbella itself is one of Spain's largest cities and has all the amenities, including trendy boutiques, fantastic shopping and even International medical facilities.
Most budget airlines fly into Malaga. Puerto Banus is just a ten minute drive with all its top end designer shops, some great restaurants and bars, night clubs that close late and a super stylish market every Saturday.
Mijas is about thirty minutes up into the mountains, and old white village complete with donkeys. Walk up past the bullring and there is a brilliant view of the coast.
The guests who come in the winter can experience the skiing in the slope of Sierra Nevada at Granada.
