Description

Casa San Bernardo is set in beautiful landscaped gardens complete with outstanding water features. The newly constructed the villa has every modern amenity. Offering air conditioning throughout as well as central heating to take the chill out off Christmas holidays. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms both with ensuites, a large airy and fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room for 12/14. The living/dining room has a wall mounted 50' HD Plasma TV, Blu-Ray, DVD& 140 channel FreeSat box. On the first floor there are a further 4 double bedrooms all with luxury ensuite bathrooms finished in Italian marble, double-ended baths, and large walk-in showers. There is a very large 20 x 12m feature pool complete with a Tropical Island, stunning views and underwater seating.

Adjacent to the main pool is the heated Jacuzzi. There is also a table tennis table

for the kids and a gym area to stay fit while topping up your tan. Complete with

Wifi, plus daily maid service available.

The villa has been beautifully decorated by leading interior designers Hamilton Interiors, with very high quality furniture, hand-made works of art, sumptuous king-sized beds with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, extensive outdoor sofas and rattan loungers. The villa has only just been refurbished to a high standard using both beautiful cream stone, authentic Spanish tiles and polished marble throughout the house and is now available from the 17th May 2009. Additional information about rental rates
• Our rates include:-
o Complimentary use of all of the amenities within the villa.
o A mid-week bedding change.
o Toiletries in the bathrooms.
o Indoor and outdoor towels.

• Daily maid service of two hours per day is mandatory. This is required for general household cleaning. This is charged at €15 euros per hour, from the day after your arrival up to and including the day of your departure.

• Additional cleaning can be arranged at €15 per each hour. It is recommended to contract at least 4 hours per day. You will find having help greatly increases your enjoyment of your holiday at the villa. You may add from 1 to 6 hours of additional cleaning help. Our staff can help you with all tasks such as: washing and ironing clothes, making bedrooms, washing dishes and helping you to prepare food, and serving your guests. All cleaning charges must be agreed and paid for in advance of your rental. Daily housekeeping and laundry can also be arranged at €15 per hour.

• At the time of the booking we take a 20% deposit plus €1000 fully refundable security and damages deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

• Meals can be prepared by a chef as required, also daily fresh breakfasts can also be prepared if required.

Car required?	recommended Casa San Bernardo is located on one of the premier private suburbs of the Costa del Sol, the ultra-exclusive El Madronal, with 24-hour gated access. This location is less than ten minutes drive from the dazzling nightlife, restaurants and marina of Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque orange square and designer shops. The charming town of San Pedro with over 200 café's and restaurants, fine sandy beaches and seafront promenade is just 5 minutes away. A two minute drive away is Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club designed by Severiano Ballesteros, which also boasts a two driving ranges, tennis courts, squash, sauna, gym, paddle tennis, Pro-shop, resturant, cafe and a children's play area. The 18 hole par 72, with views through the valley to the Mediterranean and North Africa beyond, constitutes golf at its very best. The are infact over 30 golf courses with a 30 minute drive from the villa, and 10 in less than 10 minutes.
Local leisure activities	Ski: The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about two hours away, and is open from November to May. It contains over 100kms of pistes and at 3,400 metres high offers the best skiing in Spain. It is ideal to tie a few days skiing with a trip with the Alhambra Palace in Granada. Golf: The villa is ideally situation right in the heart of Spain's golfing centre. In fact the nearest golf course is less than 5 minutes away, there are 10 within 10 minutes, and within 30 minutes there are over 30 courses. Calm and Relaxing
We have just spent a lovely few days in this amazing villa, the few days were not enough ! We really enjoyed the calm surroundings and beautiful views from the terrace. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Pool and jacuzzi are just perfect. Most evenings were spent on the terrace having dinner. I would recommend this villa to all my friends.
