The community is situated on White Pearl Beach and has a private entrance directly onto the beach. There are several bars and restaurants along the beach. The extensive community grounds are beautiful tropical gardens. The apartment has its own designated underground parking space and access to the apartment is either via the stairs or the elevator. It is approximately 7 minutes walk from the village of Elviria which boasts many amenities including supermarkets, a varied choice of restaurants, bars, a taxi rank and a medical centre. If you are seeking a luxury holiday then this is the place.
Notes: This ground floor apartment has excellent privacy and has its own secluded garden. There is all day sun on the patio and garden. The community is in walking distance of the village of Elviria. Although surrounded by every amenity the gated community is private and quiet. The pool is big and there are steps built in for younger or older persons. The apartment is finished to a high specification and the community has beautiful tropical gardens continually maintained to a high standard.
Elviria lies off the coastal highway, the 345, and is 10 minutes drive from Marbella and 15 from Puerto Banus. It is 35 minutes from Malaga airport and within easy striking distance of Malaga, Ronda (with it's beautiful and historic bullring), Granada ( location of the famous Alhambra) and the picturesque village of Mijas. Just a few hours drive will bring you to Gibraltar, Cadiz or Seville. Elviria is well served with all amenities and many varied restaurants. Just up the road is the small harbour of Cabopino, quiet and pretty with again, some great restaurants. The apartment community itself is 'front line' , right on the famous White Pearl beach. The beach is 9 miles long and stretches all the way to Marbella. You can walk it if you are so inclined. The apartment community and its tropical gardens are situated in a very quiet location right next to the very well known 'Beach House' restaurant. This is a gated community with underground parking and 24 hour security.
