A converted 2 bedroom apartment located in a pre-war elevator building on E48th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue in Midtown East. Full kitchen with basic cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, pots/pans, plates/dishes allow for simple meals in the apartment. One of the 2 bedrooms is a true bedroom with closet and a full size bed. Second bedroom is converted and separated from the living area with sliding frosted glass partition.
Conveniently located in Midtown East, you are walking distance to several tourist attractions - Grand Central, United Nations, Times Square, 5th Avenue shopping, and more.

How To Book An Apartment: 1. Confirm availability via email or phone. 2. Pay a security deposit to reserve the apartment. 3. On date of check in, one our checkers will meet you at the apartment to give you keys and take care of the remaining balance.
*A security deposit is required at the time of key pick up. $500 credit card authorization (or $1000 for bookings over $2500). Your credit card will not actually be charged (unless you are using a debit card) except if you order additional services or damage something.
check In/ Check Out: CHECK IN TIME Guest can enter the apartment starting at 3:00 PM on check-in date, however, the apartment may not be cleaned until 5:00 PM that day. Check in is free of charge between 3pm and 8pm. There is a $25/hour after 8pm late check in fee. CHECK OUT TIME Guest must vacate the apartment before 11:00 AM on check out date unless other arrangements are made with owner at least 24 hours prior to check out time. Due to the multiple locations of the apartments, it is essential that the cleaning staff maintain a very tight schedule in order to meet their deadlines. Late check out rates are $25/hour after 11am (based on availability).
Cancellation Policy: 2 months or more before scheduled arrival: 25% loss of security deposit. Less than 2 months before scheduled arrival: 50% loss of security deposit. Less than 1 month before scheduled arrival: 75% loss of security deposit. Less than 2 weeks before scheduled arrival: 100% loss of security deposit.
