A charming, true 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a doorman building with elevator. This 1700 square foot pre-war apartment features 12’ high ceilings, lots of natural sunlight and is a great pied-a-terre for families or larger groups looking to stay in a central location in Manhattan.

Each of the bedrooms has a full or queen size bed and closets. There is a sofabed in the living room that can sleep an additional 2 people. The 42” plasma tv and decorative fireplace in the living room make for great nights in. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home – gas stove/oven, dishwasher, fully equipped with pots/pans/plates/utensils.

3 blocks to the Empire State Building and Macy’s Herald Square. 10 minute walk to Times Square, Grand Central, Bryant Park, New York Public Library. This apartment is just a quick subway ride to the museums (Metropolitan Museum, Guggenheim Museum, Museum of Modern Art).

Closest subway station is a 3 minute walk to 34th Street (B,D,F,M line) and NJ Path Train or 33rd Street (4,5,6 line)

How To Book An Apartment: 1. Confirm availability via email or phone. 2. Pay a security deposit to reserve the apartment. 3. On date of check in, one our checkers will meet you at the apartment to give you keys and take care of the remaining balance.

*A security deposit is required at the time of key pick up. $500 credit card authorization (or $1000 for bookings over $2500). Your credit card will not actually be charged (unless you are using a debit card) except if you order additional services or damage something.

check In/ Check Out: CHECK IN TIME Guest can enter the apartment starting at 3:00 PM on check-in date, however, the apartment may not be cleaned until 5:00 PM that day. Check in is free of charge between 3pm and 8pm. There is a $25/hour after 8pm late check in fee. CHECK OUT TIME Guest must vacate the apartment before 11:00 AM on check out date unless other arrangements are made with owner at least 24 hours prior to check out time. Due to the multiple locations of the apartments, it is essential that the cleaning staff maintain a very tight schedule in order to meet their deadlines. Late check out rates are $25/hour after 11am (based on availability).

Cancellation Policy: 2 months or more before scheduled arrival: 25% loss of security deposit. Less than 2 months before scheduled arrival: 50% loss of security deposit.
