Our Villa is fully Air Conditioned, Living/Dining area and Kitchen open onto a shaded terrace, rear garden and private pool. The Terrace is fully furnished catering for leisurely dining, relaxation and barbecues. Our spacious Living area has a open fireplace, large dining table with very comfortable seating, surround sound, TV, DVD, and Music System. Our Mezzanine floor with access via a spiral staircase, has 2 Futon's suitable to sleep older children/babysitters. The Villa is WiFi /ADSL ready with Office Desk & Printer/Scanner. The Utility room is equipped with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Ironing, and storage. Our rear garden is grassed, very safe and usable for adults and children with a Pool Security system in place

Great Holiday for all of us
Hi Peter
We had marvellous weeks in your house in France and and also in the surroundings. We had a wonderful weather, a lot of sun and bathing. It is a very nice house and garden you have and also pleasant people who take care of it.
All of us enjoyed our stay there a lot. We would like to take one or two weeks more…
The pool was maybe too small but never mind - it was just nice to cool down in it…
The only problem we had it was how to make “normal” cups of coffee. Not those small cups of coffee your coffee-maker gave us.
That we used only once. Anyway we found a solution to that too.
You may have to change the time for watering your flowers and plants. It starts at about one hour earlier as you say in your visitors’ book with all the information.
And of course - not to forget - thanks for the good welcome wine. We liked it too.
Ein toller Urlaub
Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage in der Nähe des Golfplatzes. Zum Meer, nach Mandelieu, La Napoule und zum Hafen sind es ca. 3 km. Ein großer Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in 3 km zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist notwendig.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geräumig. Es ist nicht nur ein Ferienhaus, man merkt, dass der Vermieter selbst hier wohnt.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben sehr gute, feste Matratzen. An jedem Zimmer ist ein Badezimmer, eines mit WC. Ein zusätzliches WC geht vom Flur ab. Auf der Mezzanine, offene Galerie, sind zwei weitere Schlafsessel mit guten Matratzen. Den großen Wohn und Essbereich haben wir bei dem guten Wetter wenig genutzt. Von allen Räumen gehen große Terrassentüren in den Garten, vom Gästezimmer nach vorne raus. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat zusätzlich einen großen amerikanischen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel Macher. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Nespresso Maschine. Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel Waschmittel ist alles vorhanden.
Der Garten ist sehr schön grün mit vielen Blumen, Kräutern und Pflanzen angelegt. Der Pool ist sauber und hat eine schöne Größe um sich bei sonnigem Wetter zu erfrischen. Der Garten kann von außen nicht eingesehen werden.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr gut und problemlos. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
A very nice house in a quiet residential area near the golf course.
The sea, to Mandelieu La Napoule and the port is about 3 km. A large supermarket is also within a 3 km. A car is necessary.
The house is very well equipped, very clean and spacious. It is not just a holiday home; you notice that the landlord himself lives here. The two bedrooms have very good, firm mattress. Each room has got a bathroom, one with a toilet. An additional toilet is on the hallway. On the mezzanine, are two more seats with good mattresses. The large living and dining area we have not used because of the good weather. From every room large patio doors open into the garden, out of the guest rooms at the front. The kitchen is fully equipped and has also a large American refrigerator with ice maker. In addition, there is a Nespresso machine. Toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid detergent is all there.
The garden is beautifully laid out with lots of green flowers, herbs and plants. The pool is clean and has a nice size to refresh them during sunny weather. The garden cannot be seen from outside.
