Traditionally renovated to a high standard with all modern comforts, lovely kitchens and tasteful furnishings Villa Figueira nestles in the small hamlet of Brasieira, an unspoilt area of the Algarve. Here you will find Peace and seclusion as the surrounding area is a haven for nature lovers and walkers. The walled garden surrounds the pool, terraces and shaded dining areas and also a delightful self contained studio. We are approx 25 mindrive from the popular coastal resorts and 40 mins from Faro airport.
Suitable for children. Not suitable for wheelchair users due to steps up to house. Small garden with fruit trees and patio areas surround the pool, with covered shaded areas for dining and sitting. A large mobile barbecue, sun beds, tables and chairs. The private pool measures 9x5m.
Beaches are approx 25 mins drive away. 25-30 mins from golf course. Salir 7 mins drive has bank, several extremely reasonable, good value local restaurants and bars plus extensive, well stocked supermarket. Loule has several banks and large selection of shops and many very good restaurants plus the famous covered market open daily ( mornings) and an outdoor Gypsy market on Saturdays. Hospital in Loule.

Please note that the property has outside steps, and is therefore not suitable for less abled guests.
Flexible changeover day but would prefer Frid. Sat. Sun. where possible as it makes it easier to fill the week either side. Checking out time 10am, arrival after 2pm (all are flexible depending on arrival of next guests etc).

All bookings direct to owner by phone. 25% deposit payable by cheque in UK and the balance on arrival to the housekeeper.
