Description
An exquisite covered pergola gives a panoramic view across the pool, garden and stunning views of the valley beyond. Access to the pool can be restricted for young children and there is a table tennis table for family entertainment as well as a selection of toys, games and books.
Automatic entrance gates give access to the parking area. Entrance door opens into a large entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor. Spacious living room with satellite television. Separate elegant dining room. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and dining area. A door gives access to the barbecue area.
On the first floor are the four bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom. A further bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms.
The villa enjoys air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and second bedroom. There is also an alarm system.
Outside is a beautiful landscaped garden, large swimming pool and a delightful covered pergola

Lovely homely villa in quiet area of Loule
We stayed her last year and the setting is beautiful, its very quiet and yet you are only a few minutes drive from amenities and a little further to Loule, Vilamoura, Quinta etc. The owner has a table tennis table and some items for children. If you don't want the hustle & bustle of busy towns then this is perfect. The garden and pool are not over looked either and its a great space for entertaining all the family over a BBQ.
