Luxury two bedroom apartment, fully furnished with well equipped kitchen,seated dining for 6, dish washer, microwave, washing machine, drying room off kitchen. The apartment has spacious living room with sofa bed for additional guests. 32inch TV and DVD player, satellite channels, IPOD speakers, Playstation2, selection of DVD's and games.
There is a terrace with dining table and chairs.
The apartment is located within walking distance of Vilamoura Marina with all its restaurants and shops and within walking distance of the beautiful Falesia beach. There are several golf courses, Millenium, Victoria, Pinhal, The Old Course, Laguna are all a short taxi ride away. There are two waterparks, including Zoomarine, and for those of you who enjoy shopping Algarve shopping centre is twenty minutes as is Faro shopping center. Almancil, Vale de Lobo, Albuferia and Faro are fifteen to twenty minutes drive.
Bedroom 1 - Spacious bedroom with King size bed and also a single bed, with bedside drawers and lamps, en-suite bathroom with shower/steam shower, double doors leading to terrace, Tastefully furnished, dressing console with mirror, seat and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 - spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobes and safety deposit box. Twin Beds with bedside tables and lamp. Console with mirror and seat and a second hairdryer. Large sofa bed in living area. Large wardrobe space with drawers in entrance hall. This room also had a wall mounted TV with in built DVD.
This is a small privately owned complex of apartments. The supermarket is five minutes’ walk. The mini golf and cafe is five minutes’ walk. The beach and marina is ten to fifteen minutes. The tourist train five minutes away which circulates the resort every thirty minutes in high season.

We will be as flexible as possible with changeover days so that renters can take advantage of low cost flights.Prices are for the property per week in euros.20% non refundable deposit required on confirmed booking. 150 euro refundable security deposit required on arrival. Final balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. rentals of less than 1 week on request.
Welcome packs and taxis can be arranged if required.cots and high chairs available on request at small extra charge.
2* 5Ltrs water will be provided along with dish cloths and dish washer & washing machine tablets.
Towels and linen provided. Beach towels can be provided, please wash beach towels and hang on dryer before departing.Maid service once per week, to include clean linen and towels. extra cleaning and linen change on request.
There are communal sun beds available but we also have 4 apartment sun beds for your exclusive use.
