Situated between Faro and Loule, with panoramic views including sea. Large plot with pool, patio, garden, covered parking and security. Two living rooms, one with sun windows. Three double bedrooms, all en suite. One bedroom has a sofa bed to sleep two extra. One bedroom downstairs - two can live only on this level - with two bedrooms upstairs. Large, well equipped kitchen, utility room. Washing machine, dish washer. Air con in upstairs bedrooms, electric heating in all rooms. Roof terrace. Plenty of storage. Washing machine, dryer, dish washer. The villa is a simple, safe drive up a hill, but a car is required. Easy reach to airport (10 minutes), Loule town (5 minutes), hypermarket (5 minutes), restaurants (50 within 10 minutes), Golden triangle resorts (15 mins), beaches (15 mins).

Loule is a spledid market town with its own vibrant community supplemented by ex pats and tourists who are always made welcome.
