After a busy day sightseeing you can relax in the spacious and comfortable sitting room which features a splendid fireplace with entertainment being provided by the widescreen TV and DVD player. The large south facing double doors lead to the main balcony from where you can enjoy wonderful views across the swimming pool and landscaped grounds to the sea in the distance. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a full size oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The striking dining room with elegant furnishings can accommodate up to twelve guests at the main dining room table.



The villas 5 bedrooms are distributed across all 3 floors. The master bedroom suite (the Amarelo room) is located on the upper level. This grand and magnificent bedroom features a king size bed, mounted flat screen TV, separate dressing area, private sitting area and an en suite bathroom with seperate shower stall, jacuzzi bath and double sinks. A twin bedded room with en suite bathroom (the Azul room) is also located on this level. The main level features the second double bedroom (the Ouro room) also with a king size bed and it's own en suite shower room and a second twin bedroom with en suite bathroom (the Ocre room). The remaining twin bedded room is found on the lower level along with a seperate shower room which can also be accessed from the sitting area. As well as boasting this second sitting area the lower level of the property features a games room providing activities such as table tennis and table football for the more energetic visitor.



The magnificently tended gardens appear to stretch as far as the eye can see and are simply bursting with colour and fragrance. Perfectly situated in amongst the landscaped grounds is the large 12 metre x 6 metre private (heated) swimming pool. The large sunbathing terrace that surrounds the pool is furnished with sunbeds and a large wooden table & chairs perfect for summer dining al fresco making full use of the barbecue provided.
