This ancient village pub offers you it's own apartment with independent entrance and two terraces. This accommodation is just perfect for a couple at a reasonable price. The garden of 1800 sq.m is well stocked and private with barbeque areas and a swimming pool 8m x 4m with Afnor approved alarm with mark NF P90-307. There is table tennis and lighting for warm evening barbeques which offers an extremely relaxing ambiance. Should you need to bring your Laptop with you there is Wi-Fi connection available to the internet ~ we will provide the password for access.
Our charming village is situated in the north of the Lot region just 9 km from the medieval town of Gourdon. We have a Mairie in the village which has a Post Office section. There a restaurant offering traditional local menus at very reasonable prices. This area is celebrated for the purity of the air, its secret paths for walkers wishing to explore its natural beauty. The enchanted world of prehistoric caves and the Gouffre de Padirac awaits you. The famous town of Rocamadour is just 21km drive from Saint Projet. The nearest 18 hole GOLF COURSE is situated at Souillac Golf & Country Club which is just 20 minutes drive from here. There is canoeing, horse riding, tennis and fishing, in fact many sports are available. You could have a day out at the Water Park in Souillac. We are only a short distance from the Dordogne region to visit the interesting medieval town of Sarlat. This is the 'Real France', totally unspoilt.
Notes: Accommodation comprises ~ Lounge 40 sq.m with kitchenette and door onto balcony with terrace overlooking farmyard, garden and swimming pool. Double bedroom with hand-basin, wardrobe and radiator. Door to balcony / terrace overlooking neighbouring cottage gardens. There are two folding single beds and a cot available at a supplementary charge for the apartment. English / French Television with all English free to view channels. The garden is 1800 sq.m and well stocked, private with barbecue seated areas and a swimming pool of 8m x 4m. There are sun beds and guests are requested to bring their own towels for use in the pool area. Close to the swimming pool there is an outside WC with hand-basin. The owners who live on the premises make sure that the pool is cleaned and is at your disposal at all times. There is table tennis. The owners provide a ' Welcome Pack' comprising: bread, milk, cornflakes, coffee, butter, jam, eggs and a bottle of Cahors wine.

NOTE: This is an apartment for two people. A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week booked will be required with the completed Booking Form. The final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date. Also a separate damage security cheque of £150.00 will be required at the time when the final balance is paid (this will be refunded after full inspection has been made at the end of the guests holiday). If you require to bring two (2) additional people, there will be a supplementary charge of £25.00 per additional person / child per week booked.
Guests arrival time after 16-30 on Saturday and departure on Saturday morning at 10-30am.

A peaceful haven
Was a comment in the guest book. How right they were. Lorna & John were the perfect hosts. The apartment was of a high standard as were the gardens and pool, thanks to John's "tender care". We felt as if we were part of the family. If you want a restful, get away from it all, quiet holiday, then this is the place. The area and nearby towns and attractions also provide a good assortment of sights and sounds. An ideal base to explore the Lot and the Dordogne regions. Sarlat and Rocamadour are well worth a vist. If you visit Sarlat on a Saturday make sure you have enough room to carry goods back from the market!! The only bad thing about the holiday was having to leave after 2 wonderful weeks
