This apartment is 1st floor , on a delightful family complex with heated swimming pool . It enjoys up to 8hrs sunshine a day from a delightful balcony( on which you can both eat & take a nap) with a lovely pool view. 1-2 bedrooms, 2 wc / shower rooms - £265 for 2 persons, £325 for 3 persons, £385 for 4 persons and £60 per additional person up to 5 persons. Extra days are available should you wish to add a day or two onto your holiday, rates from £45 for 2 persons per day.

Christmas & New Year weeks this year are to be let, only together. The price is £790 for 2 persons & £200 for each additional guest for this 2 week period.. approximately 20th Dec 2011 until 3rd Jan 2012.

Long Term Let - £995pcm for 2 persons, £1150pcm for 3 persons and £1250pcm for 4 persons. Linen & towels are provided. Additional visiting guests are welcome, rates from £60 pw per person.

If your flight is late-leaving on your day of departure, we can keep that day free of bookings & offer you full use of your apt until your transport arrives to take you to the airport. The price for this service is £35 for 2 persons, £40 for 3 persons & £45 for 4 persons.

Please note that the rental prices for this period are....265 pounds for 2 persons, 325 for 3, & 385 pounds for 4 persons, & are the same throughout the year, except for Xmas / New Year periods when the prices are...790 pounds for 2 persons,990 for 3, & 1.190 pounds for these 2 special weeks, payable via Barclays bank in pounds or euros.
