Los Alisios is a privately owned, spacious apartment located on the third floor of the complex. It has one twin bedroom with double wardrobes, bathroom with bath and shower, a large lounge containing a sofa bed and an American-style, recently refurbished kitchen and breakfast bar. Projecting out from the lounge area is a spacious balcony with a table, four chairs and two recliners. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool (heated in winter) and offers great views of the sea and mountains. Lifts are available to all floors.
The apartment is situated in a complex mainly used by families and couples, in a quiet area, but less than 10 min. walk from the town centre and only 15 min. away from the sea front.
The Tenerife region boasts of year-long sunny weather, with winter temperature ranging from 20 to 23 degrees C and summer temperature at 25-28 degrees C.
It is an island of contrasts; the north of the island is green and lush but does not enjoy as much sunshine as the southern areas. In the centre of Tenerife, dominating the whole island, is Mount Teide, Spain’s highest mountain which is snow-capped for much of the year.
Los Cristianos, which lies at the south of Tenerife, is only 20 minute drive from the airport, but far away from the flight path and noise of aeroplanes.
Originally a fishing village, it has grown over the last couple of decades to perhaps the most popular holiday resort in the island, while still retaining the charm of its origins. There are open-air bars, cafes, restaurants and a good selection of shops (all duty-free).
The sandy beach near the harbour (Playa de Las Vistas) is ideal for sun bathing and swimming while a new “white sand” beach has been developed at Los Cristianos. A pleasant walk along the promenade that skirts Playa de Las Vistas will take visitors to Las Americas.

To formally reserve the apartment, a deposit of £50 per week is requested and the final balance falls due 6 weeks before departure. The keys will be sent out by post between 2 and 3 weeks before departure and we also include a stamped addressed envelope so the keys can be sent back to us on your return to the UK.

The flight will normally take about 4 hours and 15minutes with one of the many budget airlines flying from most of the UK's airports.
The apartment is only about 20 minutes by taxi or car from the airport. Taxis are easily available at the airport and will cost between 20 and 25 Euros for the journey.
If you are considering hiring a car, most of the paperwork can be dealt with on-line in the UK, well in advance, leaving minimal form filling when you arrive. There are about five car hire companies based in the terminal building and we can offer advice if required.
Great Holiday
No problem - great location just away from the main area and a short walk from the Los Cristianos airport bus drop-off so no need for a car (check out pre-paid Bono cards as they give large discounts on the already cheap TITSA bus fares)
Great place for a quiet (ie. not Club 18-30!) holiday, yet plenty of local bars & restaraunts and a good on-site bar / cafe but no noise or lager louts !
Very well equiped with full kitchen, UK television etc. and plenty of "home comforts" to enable you to simply chill out with easy access to Los Cristianos or perhaps Playa de las Americas which are walking distance
In other words, great and will be returning soon !
Excellent holiday
A very comfortable and spacious apartment. The apartment is situated in a quiet complex away from the hustle and bustle yet we found walking to and from the sea front no problem at all.The site has a most acceptable restaurant and a shop which stocks all the basics, although a large supermarket is situated nearby.There is a good sized pool which we used everyday and one or two very good restaurants nearby. It will come as no surprise that we are making a return visit in 2012. Well worth the money
