Lauryn has two bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests. The apartment is located on a superb modern complex.

This spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of truly suberb, modern complex. Situated in a quite area of Los Alcazares in the urbanisation of Las Gaviotos, the location is excellent for holidays or long term rentals.

The apartment is located just 600 metres from superb golden beaches along the Mar Menor. The safe and fun beach, with a variety of beach bars along the vast, flat promenade making it is an ideal choice for familes, or just those wishing for a relaxing break, you really are spoilt for choice.

Well appointed apartment catering for all needs, with a large safe balcony overlooking the swimming pool, with a large sunbathing area. Two large bedrooms, one double and one twin, with a large double sofa bed in the lounge area, sleeping up to six comfortably. Travel cot, high chair and car seats can be provided on request.

Spacious lounge diner with patio doors leading to the large balcony which includes patio furniture and cushions. Lounge features, includes UK Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player. Dining Table seating 6 persons. Immaculately well presented a true home from home!!

All bed linen and towels provided, free of charge, giving you valuable room in the suitcase!

Fully equipped kitchen, including full cooker, hob and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridger/freezer enabling you to cook in, after a hard day on the beach. Also a separate utility area which includes washing machine.

Or simply just sit and relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and some tappas, before hitting the wide variety of local restaurants, catering for all tastes!!
