The cottage is reached via a long, wooded private drive which leads to the parking area for the cottage. Half a dozen steps give access to the sunny patio area which has garden furiture and a barbecue. The accommodation is arranged all on one level (with one or two internal steps) and comprises a large, open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. This is an attractive space with a modern kitchen fitted with high quality appliances, a dining area for four and comforable seating to the lounge area. Freeview TV with built in TV is installed and there is a CD/Radio. The main bedroom is a most elegent room in the French Style with a feature double bed with matching furniture and lovely fabrics. The en-suite bathroom is most strkiing having dark tiling as a background to the sparkling white of the bath and wash basin etc. At the far end of the cottage is the other double bedroom which is also furnished with a period feel and has carefully toning fabrics throughout. The shower room attached to this has a large walk in power shower, basin & w.c.The lovely setting of this property and the surrounding gardens will be much appreciated by those seeking a peaceful and beautiful location within a couple of miles of the bustling harbour and town of Looe and with local facilities - shops, pub/restaurant only a ten minute stroll away.
