Description
The apartment is located on the Salzburger and Tyrolian border in the Saalach Valley. A self catering apartment in a traditional Austrian family home. In the heart of the Alps at the base of the Loferer Steinberge mountain range. Ideally situated for a relaxing holiday with the option of adventure. With activities close by for both Winter and Summer. In the surrounding area you will find open meadows within the wide valley bottom; dense forests on the mountain sides, with their natural springs and brooks.
Nature has created raging waterfalls and many bizarre rock formations - as well as a large system of caves all situated within easy walking distance.
For the summer guests there is a garden and barbecue to enjoy the long sunny evenings. The apartment has access to a private balcony with picturesque views.
The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms one of which can be used as a living room containing a double bed and sofa bed.
The bathroom is large with both a shower and bath. The kitchen dinner contains everything you will need including a dish washer and microwave.
The television can receive both German and UK TV with access to a DVD player. Our winter guests are able to store skies and boots in our cellar.
We have a large drive for those wishing to park vehicles close to the apartment.
- Our family speak both English and German as first languages.
- For those arriving late on Saturdays a shop for supplies can be arranged for Sunday Breakfast.
- A daily Bread Roll delivery service is available.
- Airport Transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.

NOTE: The above weekly rates are based on 4 Adults sharing.
We can accept payment buy bank transfer or cash.
Additional costs will be made for airport transfers, the supplies for Sunday Breakfast and the cost of the rolls delivered daily.
Prices for children 12 and under: Winter 10 euro, Summer 8 euro.
Children under the age of 4 years are free.
Our nightly rate is 43 euro (Summer), 45 euro (Winer) for 2 adults and 10 euro for each additional adult, plus 25 euro for the end of stay clean and an additional 1.15 euro per person per night tourist tax.
