Extra wide doorways on ground floor give good buggy/wheelchair access.

Bedroom two has flat screen TV and satellite receiver.
High chair and travel cot available. Guests should bring own bedding for this to comply with health and safety regulations.
Large rear decking area has table with seating for 8 people.
Gas BBQ.
Books, DVD’s, games, CD’s, walking routes, maps etc. available for guests use.
There is a beautiful burn within the grounds of the cottages.
Ben Reoch Cottage is set in a quiet country location, but only a few minutes’ walk from Loch Lomond. This 4-star cottage provides accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
With stunning views of Ben Reoch and Ben Lomond, the cottage is ideal for those looking to enjoy the many outdoor pursuits available in the area including walking, cycling and water sports, as well as those who simply want to relax and enjoy the splendid scenery. Tarbet has a visitor’s centre, tearooms, bar, restaurant, picnic area and loch cruises. Local restaurants provide excellent food for those wishing to eat out.
Ben Reoch Cottage is available for bookings all year round. Larger groups are encouraged to contact us to enquire whether any of the other cottages or the nearby bed & breakfast are available.
The cottage sits alongside 3 other cottages in a large courtyard providing ample parking. A decking area to the front allows visitors to enjoy the beautiful scenery. A ramp also allows easy access to the cottage.
The large open plan lounge and kitchen/dining area provides comfortable accommodation for guests. A flat screen TV, DVD and radio/CD player are provided as well as books, games and children’s toys.
A microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer are provided in the modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen/ dining area. The dining table provides seating for 6 people. French doors from the kitchen access a large sunny decking area to the rear. A gas BBQ and a large wooden picnic table and bench allow guests to enjoy the outdoor space. A high chair is also included for younger guests.
There is a double bedroom downstairs and 2 twin rooms upstairs, one with TV. There is a large bathroom complete with bath and separate shower downstairs. The cottage is suitable for wheelchair users.
Guests staying for 4 nights or more receive a complimentary welcome pack comprising bread/butter/eggs/milk/fruit juice/tea/coffee etc. Plus a choice of red or white wine.

Directions
Follow the A82 to Tarbet. Continue on the A82 heading towards Arrochar. Turn right just past the Ballyhennan Church. The cottage entrance is in front. Pass through the gates and follow round to your right. The cottage is the 2nd on left, marked Ben Reoch. Guests may park in front of the cottage.
