The Master bedroom is located on the top floor of this 3 storey house. There is a King size bed in modern light oak frame and sumptuous linens make this a fresh & tranquil room. A large double wardrobe provides adequate hanging space and a large chest of drawers offers ample space for smaller items. There is also a travel cot for infants which is folded away if not required.
An en-suite shower room is accessed from the master bedroom

Bedroom two, also on the top floor is furnished with adult size bunk beds - the kids favourites! These are dressed with lovely linens also. A large single wardrobe provides hanging space, and a chest of drawers gives more than adequate storage for other items.

The family bathroom is also located on this level.

The third bedroom, which is located on the ground floor, is furnished with a lovely single day bed, which has a single roll out bed underneath thus providing ideal accommodation for either adults or older children. A wardrobe with drawers and a further chest of drawers provides more than adequate storage, and offers a get away from it ‘den’ where the games console can be played, allowing adults some quiet time in the lounge to watch TV or listen to music!

Family bathroom located on top floor, en-suite located on top floor. Separate WC located on ground floor for comfort of bedroom three users.

The kitchen has been beautifully fitted with beech wood units. A modern silver finish fridge/freezer gives ample cold storage and cooking is done on a gas hob and electric oven. An integrated dishwasher helps with keeping the pots & pans and crockery clean & the kitchen is further enhanced with a microwave, George Foreman family size grill, electric kettle, electric toaster, electric filter coffee maker, electric food mixer, & electric hand blender. The kitchen has also been extensively equipped with all sorts of kitchenware & adequate crockery etc for several courses of family meals, meaning that you can load the dishwasher throughout the day and wash it all overnight ready for the next exciting day!

Beachlands House has a fully enclosed and secure garden - ideal for children. Garden 'toys' in form of an 8ft trampoline, toddlers play house and other small outdoor toys.

Beach toys also provided.

Paved patio area with modern rattan table & chairs and an Anthony Worral Thompson gas BBQ is provided for guests convenience.
