An extremely spacious, Tudor style mansion situated a stone’s throw from Littlestone Beach and the famous Littlestone Golf Course. Boasting five large bedrooms, all with on-suite and a nine hundred square feet. The living room is opening onto secluded, landscaped gardens as just some of its highlights. Built in 1993 as a large family home and comfortably sleeping up to fourteen people, this property is perfect for couples, families and large parties alike.
Littlestone is relatively small residential community set within the Cinque Port town of New Romney. The beach extends from Folkestone to Dungeness and the beach front is a combination of sandy beach, shingle sea wall protection and natural sand dunes. Safe and fun bathing can be enjoyed during the summer months. The seaside towns of Hythe and Rye are both within easy driving distance. There are a number of areas of historical interest in the area including Dover Castle and The White Cliffs, Leeds Castle and Hastings. Nature lovers will enjoy the local bird reserves and walks and families will find plenty to do including Port Lymne Zoo, Rare Breeds Center, Dymchurch Amusements. Cinema Complex is twenty minutes. The town of New Romney offers most shopping requirements including a Sainsburys store with the larger town of Ashford (Designer Outlet, High Street Stores).

Nightly rate is based on 2 night stay.
Weekend nights are Friday and Saturday and also the nights before a bank holiday.
Cot and high chair provided free of charge. Please request at time of booking.
£250 security deposit required to secure bookings. This will be refunded within one week of the end of your holiday after inventory and property check. In the event of cancellation this amount is non refundable.
An ddditional £50 deposit is payable for pets.
Full rental amount due 8 weeks before holiday.
Rental rates include all services, linens and house towels. Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition (within reason).

Accommodation - Ground floor: From the moment you step inside Westbury House and are greeted by the impressive entrance hall and central turned staircase, you will not want to leave. The main reception room with inglenook style fire place provides spacious seating for up to 12 people. The Dining area and built in bar offers seating for 14 and the large kitchen/breakfast room also provides further seating for 11. The games room/sun room, equipped with pool table, TV and DVD player, a selection of children’s toys and access to both the court yard and main garden areas, offers even more scope for relaxation.
