Description
Large luxury villa set high up in an elevated position with exquisite views of the Limassol coastline. The house has five double bedrooms, two en-suite, three with double beds and two with twin beds. Three of the bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gardens and fifteen metre overflow pool. Located minutes away from the beach and only a five minute drive into the tourist area of Limassol where you can find an excellent variety of restaurants, cafes and other areas of interest including: Troodos mountains, Fasouri waterpark, golf courses, Kourion historical site and various lovely village restaurants. The house is finished to the highest specifications and furnished in a modern chic style.
Fully air-conditioned and centrally heated throughout the villa. Suitable for children, the pool has both a key-operated safety cover (which you can walk on when closed) and a padlocked gate controlling access to the pool area. Both of the twin bedrooms have child-locks on the windows. The front of the house has three gates, all of which can be padlocked to stop children wandering out of the house. Inside the house there is a high-chair for babies, a wooden cot, a dedicated playroom and a DVD/TV. The villa is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Accessibility
The house has not been designed for wheelchair users but there is "no steps" access to the house through the side, or garden and bedroom 5 is on the ground floor.
Outside
The mature, south-facing rear garden is the perfect place to enjoy the Cyprus sunshine. There is an extensive covered veranda with a solid wood table and 8 chairs, a generous lawn and a large fifteen metre heated, overflow pool.
The pool has a key-operated, automatic safety cover which retracts underground when open.
6 Loungers are available both around the pool and on the veranda. The garden, veranda and pool can all be lit at night.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is a 5 minute drive away where a number of water sports are available including jet skis, sailing, water skiing, parascending, water-skiing and diving. There are a large number of beaches in and around Limassol all within easy driving distance.
Golf
Secret Valley Golf Club: 30 miles (approx 40 minute drive door to door)
Aphrodite Hills: 30 miles (approx 40 minute drive door to door)
Vikla: approx 15 miles (approx 30 minute drive door to door)
Travel
All major airlines fly to Larnaca and Paphos airports from all parts of the UK. The villa is located centrally between the two airports which are approx a 40-45 minute drive. Car hire is recommended and will allow you to explore the surrounding areas. All major car hire companies are located at each of the airports.
Further details
The house is situated in Limassol in a quiet residential area. There are no through roads around the house. The house is set high up on a hill which gives magnificent views over the Limassol coastline. It is only a five minute drive to the beach and Limassol's tourist area which has numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling, watersports and shops.
Slightly further afield, but still less than a half-hour drive, are the Troodos mountains, Fasouri waterpark, Kourion historical site, Kolossi castle and various lovely village restaurants.

The minimum rental period is a week. 25% of the rental is required as a booking confirmation deposit. The 75% balance rental is payable at 8 weeks before arrival at the Villa.
