This three bedroom detached villa was built in 1996 as a holiday home. It is in a very quiet secluded position in cul de sac which is ideal for a quiet, serene and relaxing holiday. It provides a private pool with own outside shower perfect for those hot summers and two verandas for those cool long summer drinks with built in barbecue and clay oven. It also has beautifully laid gardens, six loungers, outside lighting on patio and ample parking at the front of the property.
The location is conveniently located with easy access to beach, shopping centre, flea market, mountains, port, golf course and excellent restaurants in the village while a further five minute drive will take guests to Orphanides shopping centre. Also within easy access are the Paphos and Larnaca airports only about 45 minutes away from the villa, Aphrodite Hills and Aphrodite's Rock and the very close RAF Akrodiri base.
Nikita House is also near by the Ladies Mile Beach which is a long stretch of beach, child friendly and has a selection of restaurants, the main Limassol beachfront with water sports and the Secret Valley Golf Club with absolutely breathtaking views along the old Paphos road.
Other activities and attractions on offer are skiing at the legendary Troodos Mountains, historical trip to the Tombs of the kings, Curium Amphitheatre and Kolossi Medieval Castle which is just around the corner from Nikita House, long but very enjoyable trips to Kykkos Monastery, great fun at water world in Ayia Napa, wild waters of Curium beach, cake shops, patisseries, chemists, petrol stations and banks of Zakaki village, sightseeing and shopping at Nicosia & Laiki Yitonia and the Old City.
Here at Nikita House everything is within a five minute walk away with local shop round the corner for any necessities. While five minutes down the road everything guests could wish for like shopping mall, supermarket, cake shop, ready food shop (kouzina), petrol station, chemist, bank and beach are all just around the corner. It also offers endless beach with approximately six restaurants. Asomatos Village is surrounded by a lovely forest where guests could go for long walks as it is very pleasant and non mountainous.

Exceeding expectations
We had hoped for a good villa holiday in cyprus,and did we get one, my goodness the the villa more than we could hope for, everything was there from digital tv to washers and powder even, the rooms were spacious and with a/c in every room, they worked very well.
indeed the pool area is fantasic with plenty of shade if you want it,5 sunbeds,plenty of good towels to hand,to be honest we could not fault it in anyway,really close to shops,sea, Limassol.
dont look elsewhere this is the best villa by a long chalk....thanks Maria x
