The terrace is furnished with a wooden dining table with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen features striking red, high gloss cupboards and shiny black granite work surfaces together with integrated appliances, including fridge / freezer, electric oven and grill, coffee machine, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.

The master, double bedroom has quality fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite shower room with sink / vanity unit. NOTE: We offer a 15% discount to anyone booking 2 weeks or more - please contact us for details (excluding July and August).

Deposit of 25% of the total agreed cost is payable in order to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

The villa will be temporarily held for one week until the deposit is received. Bedlinen and Bath towels are included in the rental cost. Beach towels are not included. A meet and greet service and a mid holiday clean (for rentals over a week) is also included in the price. Further requested cleans and or washes can be accommodated but at the renters cost and paid directly to the meet and greet service.

A security deposit of 500 euro will be payable with the balance of the rental (6 weeks before arrival ) and will be returned in full within 10 days of the end of your holiday, providing no major damage incidents occur.
