We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful alpine farmhouse Chalet Louisa in Les Houches village centre in the prestigious Chamonix Valley.
The vast sitting room with its magnificent fireplace, cathedral ceiling, comfortable sofas with feather cushions and cosy throws offers plenty of seating for relaxing aprés ski or apres dinner moments. The bedrooms are cosy and welcoming. The very spacious kitchen /dining area with its range cooker and huge farmhouse table accommodates your group comfortably from breakfast through dinner. Our staff are friendly and professional. The chalet also offers a games corner, outside hot-tub and ski-room with boot dryers.
The chalet is located in Les Houches village centre within a 1 minute level walk (100 metres) of the foot of the pistes(the celebrated Kandahar World Cup Downhill piste La Verte) and the cablecar station giving direct access to the Les Houches ski area. The bus-stop for access to other areas of the Chamonix valley is also within 100 metres and there are several bars/restaurants and shops within close walking distance. It is only a short drive into the bustling town centre of cosmopolitan Chamonix.

Directions
If you are arriving from the French side rather than coming in from Italy through the Mt.Blanc Tunnel or over the top from Switzerland and through Vallorcine then this is how to find the chalet:
After Sallanches/Le Fayet the Autoroute Blanche eventually ends and the road begins to climb. Stay on this dual carriageway following the directions for Chamonix Mt.Blanc.
You will go through a tunnel and past some exits for Servoz and Vaudagne.
You will come to a second tunnel 'Tunnel des Chavants' and immediately after this tunnel you should take this first exit for Les Houches.
The exit swings you round to the right and then uphill then swings to the left and after this corner you will arrive with restaurants (Le Basilic, Le Creposaure) on your right and left and the building for the Télépherique de Bellevue directly in front of you at this point. Swing left towards the village centre.
The chalet is approximately 100 metres from the cablecar station. Pass Bagnod Sports and Francis Sports shops then you will cross a flat bridge with railings and flower boxes and it is the next building on the lefthand side with a wooden fence and conifers encircling a small private parking area where you may park your vehicules.
