Description
The ground floor of a modern house set in extensive gardens in a quiet area overlooking the sea. The house is very close to Pramousquier Beach, Cap Negre and Cavaliere Beach. A swimming pool is being installed for the 2011 season.
The apartment has a large, bright living room with a dining area and a small kitchen area. The living room contains two settees, one of which is a futon. There is satellite TV for all the UK channels available on Freeview and 8 French TV channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave oven, a 4 burner hob, large fridge freezer, full size dishwasher and ample cupboard space.
All three bedrooms are light and airy. Two have built in wardrobes.
There is a separate utility room serving both apartments in the building. This is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying racks, iron and ironing board.
Off street parking is available for several cars.

Rayol Canadel is part of the spectacular coastline that runs from Toulon to St Tropez. Rayol itself is famed for its botanical gardens which contain plants and trees from all over the world which thrive in the Mediterranean climate. |
