This large, spacious villa is conveniently situated between the villages of Sorede and Laroque des Alberes. Just a ten minute walk will bring you to the centre of Sorede where you will be able to choose from numerous bars, restaurants and shops and only a 15 minute walk in to the village of Laroque where there is also a good choice of bars and restaurants. The villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard offering a large private pool with spacious terraces and an enclosed garden with childrens trampoline making it ideal for small children. Just a ten minute drive away from the Mediterranean and the beaches at Argeles sur Mer this area is ideal for walking, cycling and water sports.
