Sleeps 4 Adults 1 Child on Fold Up plus Baby (Travel Cot) or 2 Adults and 3 Children & 1 Baby (Travel Cot) Quiet location and conveniently situated only 20 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport, 10 minutes drive from Larnaca Town and about two thirds of a mile from the beach. Shops and Restaurants are located nearby both in the Village and on the Sea Front.The Apartment is furnished to a high standard and there is allocated undercover car parking. Open plan living room / kitchen / dining area, patio doors leading on to large balcony. Access by lift or stairs. Balcony overlooks pool, sea and mountains. Plenty of places in the Village with free Wi Fi.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and overlooks the large kidney shaped communal pool, sea and mountains. Furnished to a high standard, sleeping 4 Adults and 1 Child plus 1 Baby comfortably. There is a fully fitted kitchen including oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. The lounge has 2 settees, a TV, some English Satellite Channels & DVD for those quiet evenings. Patio doors lead onto the very large balcony, which has a large table with 6 chairs for al-fresco dining. The main bedroom has a king size bed, fully fitted wardrobes, separate en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds, fully fitted wardrobes and sea views. We also have a Fold Up Bed and Travel Cot.The main bathroom includes a bath with shower over. The location suits those wishing to have a relaxing holiday by the pool or sea and also those wanting to explore the fascinating history and landscape of Cyprus. Bars, Taverns, Chemist & Bank are close by.
Long term renters welcome in the Winter Months from Mid October until the end of February We do not accept Single Sex Parties under the age of 25 for any bookings Wi Fi is available in plenty of local bars and Restaurants.

There are lots of places available with free Wi Fi access the nearest is a 5 minute walk to the Corfu Tavern. As well as containing lots of historical monuments and buildings the town of Larnaca is also up to the minute with lots of British High Street Stores such as M&S, Next, Bennetton, Dorothy Perkins etc. There are lots of places to eat and drink from Kebab Shops to First Class Restaurants - usually at the weekend there is live music on Larnaca Promenade where you can also eat, drink or go on the beach.

Ski: You can ski in the Troodos Mountains through the Winter months usually until April Golf: At the moment the closest Golf Course is in Limassol however a course will soon be under construction close to Larnaca - Watch this space !!!!

The convenient location suits those wishing to have a relaxing holiday by the pool or sea and also those wanting to explore the fascinating history and landscape of Cyprus. The village of Oroklini is close to the town of Larnaca but still retains a traditional friendly Greek atmosphere making it especially suitable for couples and families. The village is only a short walk away with various shops including supermarkets, bank, chemist, 24hr bakery and dvd rental. There are numerous tavernas and bars selling authentic greek and international food along with live music and dancing all at competitive prices. The local blue flag beach is only a couple of minutes drive away with water sports and plenty of bars and restaurants. A 20 minute car ride from the apartment takes you to the exciting town of Ayia Napa where you can find a large variety of restaurants and night clubs. Less than 45 minutes drive away is Limassol and Paphos is a 2 hour drive but well worth a visit.

5 New Year in Cyprus
On arrivial on Boxing day evening (11pm) after a short taxi journey we were met at the apartment by Maria who showed us around and explained how everything worked.
She left a concact number so we could get in touch with her if we had any problems.. The apartment is just as described, well situated and very clean and spacious. It is equipped with everything you could need, there is a very large balcony which overlooks the pool and play area..
The complex is very clean and secure. Oroklini is a lovely village and it has a fantastic 24 hr bakers (zophas) we went everyday, the doughnuts are to die for!
The apartment is about a 20 min walk away from Dhekelia road , we would recommend Kantara and Massalas for eating out, If you go into Larnaca, Hobos is highly reccommended.
Jill provided us with lots of information before we arrived, there is also a folder in the apartment with lots of local info.
We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family and would love to return again when the weather is warmer to take full advantage of the pool and balcony.

Beautiful Apartment.....
One of those holidays where it was either perfect or not so good depending on personality rather than experience.
Pre-holiday, we could not have asked any more of Jill, loads of information, calls to check we had everything, offers of car hire and making sure all the essentials were in place for us arriving..even down to the taxi driver to pick us up - Apartment was exactly as promised...it was big, it was clean...one of the nicer apartments we have stayed in.
So why only an average rating.....so as I said..down to personality...if you like a quiet holiday, with the pool almost to yourself...sun shining down, it was perfect...if you prefer to go out for a beer or 3 then the apartment is someone isolated, with a 20 min unlit walk to get to a strip of bars and restaurants but a drive to do anything slse..so we hired a car almost for the whole holiday which meant no drinking.
There is a lot of building work going on leading to the nearest strip, so I can only see the location getting better over time..
So if I was to rate Apt 10 /10 pool 10/10 location 5/10...but like i said..its personal choice

When we needed an apartment to stay in at short notice we didn't know where to start and I thought I was taking a risk when I stumbled on Jills apartment on a website I had never used before. I needn't have worried. The apartment was in the perfect location to get everywhere we needed to get to, it was clean, tidy and had all the facilities we needed and more. The pool was lovely and never too busy to enjoy, the local bakery recommended to us by Jill became our favourite stop on the way out and back most days! Jill was very understanding at how quickly we needed to get things organised and was extremely helpful and honest with everything from payment to using her sunbeds and lilo's!!
Considering we stumbled on this apartment by mistake our experience has made us want to come back again and we would definitely recommend Jills apartment to anyone (in fact we already have!!)
We would recommend having a car in order to see all the sights cyprus has to offer, Jill can even help with this, but it is also a lovely apartment to just sit and relax and spend some time around the pool. The other residents were both friendly and helpful and we felt right at home straight away.
Thank you for making what for us was a sad time much easier and more enjoyable.

We stayed at the appartment celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversary what a wonderful location for our holiday in Cyprus.The accommodation was first class very roomy and well presented home from home.Everything we needed and more was available.Oriklina has great eating places and is centrally located to go anywhere on the island.We would recommend any family or couple to take advantage of this superb holiday home Jill the owner has been great with lots of communication throughout.She assisted our Anniversary celebrations and helped in many ways to make our holiday a success.Thank you for all your help and may we say a brilliant area and complex for a holiday.Highly recommended will return if possible in the future.

Cyprus Holiday
The appartment was as described very clean and spacious, with a large balcony that was just perfect to relax on in the evening, after a good day sunbathing by the pool. We had a lovely time at the complex, the pool was great, very clean and never seemed too busy.
looking forward to our next visit.
Summer Holiday
The apartment is as everyone says, very clean and has all the mod cons that you will require. There is a large pool for relaxing or just a short distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. Jet ski's and paragliding at the beach. The information pack was very informative and is a credit to them for leaving it to be used by guests. An excellent place to discover the island from and is only 10 mins from the airport and it is not on the flight path.

Fabulous holiday with my family. Couldn't ask for better facilities at this apartment. It really is a home from home. Fantastic for children and easy reach of Larnaca and all local taverna's and shops. Excellent time had by all. Highly recommended.
Cyprus Holiday
The apartment was as the description said. In fact we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the apartment. It had everything we required for living comfortably. Shops were all close by and access to around the island was so easy as it was next to the main arterial roads to North , East and West. The owners helped us out with maps, directions more so than a travel agent. We plan to go back to Cyprus again and again and I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Our belated honeymoon!
What a wonderful apartment, it was so clean and spacious, everything that you need is provided for. The pool is an excellent way of relaxing after all the sight seeing, shopping, boat trips and walks to the local bakery and shops. Within walking distance to local taverns that serve excellent local food.It is situated well for all the major attractions. We will definately use this apartment again, the owners are very helpful, they have lots of tourist information in the apartment to help you have a wonderful time.There is a bus stop close by.It was a nice quiet village atmosphere. We would recommend this not only to friends but anyone who wishes to visit Cyprus.
Superb apartment with excellent faciliies
We spent two glorious weeks in this superb apartment and enjoyed every single minute - the owners kept in touch with us from the minute that we booked and answered any questions that we had before we went out there - We didn't hire a car and walked to the beach most days - we also used the fantastic pool every single day - Taverna's and shops were also close enough to walk to - we will be going back hopefully this year and this time we will hire a car and get out and about to see more of the Island - Excellent superbly furnished property with everything that we needed to make our holiday so memorable

Its easy to find and the location is very good.you can find near anything you wish(bakery,mini market etc) and its only 15 min from larnaca downtown.

Fabulous apartment, spacious and clean. Lovely airy bedrooms. Great sized balcony and good views to the side aspect. Very quiet in the evening which is what we wanted with 2 young children in tow. Close to shops and taverna's. Close enough to walk to most places or catch the bus. We had a car and used it every day to explore at our leisure.
