Situated in the newly built Cypress Garden, the 2 Bedroom Apartment provides a stylish and fully furnished home with its feature pool with jacuzzi all situated within beautifully landscaped gardens.
Located on the 1st floor, this apartment offers very comfortable self catering accommodation for up to six people and can be used as the ideal base by all types of visitors. Corporate guests, couples, large families, wedding parties or groups of friends who prefer the freedom to choose their own daily activities and then return to the tranquillity of this beautiful apartment are welcome to take advantage of the well equipped kitchen. They can also enjoy meals on the pool facing balcony and then sit back and relax in front of the flat screen TV which includes a PlayStation with games and DVDs.
The main family bathroom is centrally located within the apartment so offers easy access from all rooms. The main bathroom is well ventilated and consists of a conventional bath with shower facility, sink and WC. In addition to this the master bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom comprising of its own sink, dedicated shower unit and WC. There is also a public shower and WC area as well as changing facilities adjacent to the pool, so this saves people having to keep visiting the apartment from the pool area during the day.
This apartment comfortably sleeps up to six people within three separate air-conditioned rooms consisting of two good sized bedrooms and the sitting room which has two sofa beds. Bed linen and towels are also provided for all guests for their own comfort. The master bedroom, on the other hand, has a double bed and is ideal for a couple sharing whilst the second bedroom has two single beds, so is perfect for friends or children sharing. The sitting room comprises of two separate double contemporary sofa beds and provides provision for a couple sharing, friends, children or extended family sharing. The master bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom and pool facing window whilst the second bedroom has its own private balcony. Each bedroom has its own separate built-in wardrobe each offering ample space and a large in-built chest of drawers. Each wardrobe has extra rails for hanging clothes and ample overhead storage to put away suitcases once unpacked. There is also a storage cupboard in the hallway for guests that choose to use the sofa beds.
The Cypress Gardens, on the other hand, is a low lying two floor complex and has wide stairwells and an elevator which offers easy access for the less able. The apartment also has its own private covered parking space situated next to the entrance of the block and right next to the elevator. Access to the complex is protected by electric gates and all of the facilities are only available to guests of the complex. The underground gymnasium and sauna are well equipped and the pool includes a built-in jacuzzi and all of these extra facilities are available at no extra cost. Communal sunbeds are provided and can be found by the pool, but in addition to these there four fold up chairs and four fold up sunbeds within the apartment which can be easily carried up and down from the pool area if required. The centre of Kiti is well within walking distance as are all of the main shops and most local restaurants which offer a take-away and delivery service.
Kiti is a perfect all year around location that offers visitors a taste of the real Cyprus and nearby places of interest include the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angeloktisti Church with its rare 6th century Byzantine mosaics and its annual August street festival. Exploration and adventure as well as a relaxing sun drenched break is guaranteed and visitors can spend their days by the pool or beach and their evenings sampling the local Cypriot culture. Just a 10 minute drive away from Larnaca Airport and the town centre and a five minute drive away from the local sandy beaches. This apartment has all the needs for a memorable stay and offers visitors a full range of local amenities that include a 24 hour convenience store, chemist, internet cafes, children's park , supermarkets, banks, bakeries, petrol station, doctors’ surgery, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants with take-away facilities, scooter and quad-bike hire and some excellent local bars, restaurants and traditional tavernas.
The Larnaca region truly has something for everyone and as well as being famous for its crystal clear waters and stunning coastline, it also boasts some of the best blue flag sandy beaches on the island which offer a whole host of water sports, boat trips, snorkelling and wreck diving. Larnaca town is a mixture of old and new and has a rich archaeological heritage and beautiful centuries old buildings lining winding streets. The sea front and modern marina with its palm tree lined pedestrian promenade offers a great choice of modern shops and trendy open air restaurants and cafe bars.
