WOW, this is a Spa with a difference, Chef, Butler, Masseuse and Maid and excellent service, and the price ? well!! its cheaper than the place of the 'red coats'.

we are booking to go back next year just the two of us this time, even though its a great great place for the family
Classy Spa Villa Chef, Butler, Masseuse, Maid
have travelled far and wide and stayed in many spas and hotels and villas. This is our first time at Villa Frances, its in Larnaca-Cyprus. It’s a hybrid- a Spa, Villa and Hotel. Its run like a hotel with the relaxation of a Spa and the comfort of a Villa. and I can honestly say it is the one of the best holiday experiences that we have ever had.
It’s a huge brand new 6 bedroom ensuite Mansion, with spa rooms,spa pool, games area (table tennis), gym area and is 5 seconds walk from two parks (great for the kids!!),4 minutes drive from the most secluded beach and purest beaches in Cyprus.
As a surprise for my husbands birthday, Andrew got us up at 8am, and drove us to the beach,
Where he had already laid a table for us, he served us breakfast right there. it was so romantic.
The Villa has its own private Chef, and Butler, Massuese and Maid.Andrew made brilliant pasta with chicken, grilled lamb, lovely pies and mashed potatoes to die for, he made great hand made burgers and chips. We had complementary massages, and no one wanted them to finish
Oh my Gosh !!
What a Villa I felt like I died and gone to heaven, the rental site and website don’t do it justice.We went there with our four children, so there were six of us. We were chaueffeur driven from the airport, 10 minutes later we were inside our Villa. We had our bags taken to our ensuite- themed rooms,we chose the Olive room with views of the Park. We went for the non-inclusive option, we just went out to buy food and told the Chef what we wanted and she cooked it for us.
We each had at least 3 massages during our stay, which was wonderful, and of course we had the rejuvenating oxygen treatment in the other spa room.The beach is 4 minutes and 30 seconds away its secluded, we felt we had it to ourselves. Everything that you would want from a house is there.
St Lazurus Church, Salt Lake, Finnikoudes beach in Larnaca, the monestry, the UNESCO protected village of stone built houses are all less than 20 minutes drive.
The kids went to Aya Napa (40 minutes away)- they were cheuffered there curtosy of Frances, but its quite in the winter. We mainly chilled out and had our cocktails served to us by the pool.
Now that’s what I call service.
I would recommend this villa for the Villa itself, it’s a modern mansion, the Spa facilities the location- which is relaxing and massages Frances the owner and all the staff, we love you all and we will be back next year.
Holiday Heaven
The description on the web does not give this villa justice or it's owners.
Pervolia is still a very quaint village with some great eating places with menus to suit all tastes.
We were a mixed party of thirteen aged from eighteen to seventy nine and were met at the airport by Alex and Frances to be taken to our home for the next ten days. What wonderful surprise. I was absolutely gob smacked when they opened the door - it was absolutely immaculate and beautifully presented. A welcome pack with ingredients for a full breakfast for us all, bowls of fresh fruit, fresh milk and bread and a couple of bottles of wine awaited us.
It was a bit difficult to arrange sleeping accomodation to avoid using the lounge as a sleeping area, but we managed and all were happy.
We went for the non-inclusive option so did our own cooking, with the exception of breakfast which was done by the girls who were there every morning, at a time to suit us. How they managed to clean the rooms with so many teenagers [we all know what their rooms are like] I do not know.
Alex and Frances couldn't do enough for us. My daughter celebrated her fiftieth birthday while we were there and their suggestions helped to make it a very special day for her.
The cocktail night was wonderful with Alex producing a non-alcoholic one for me - bliss. The teenagers had a ball, it set them up for their night on the town.
We hired cars during our stay and it made sight-seeing etc easier as we all had different wants. Larnaca, Limassol, Troodos, Salt Lake, Nicosia, Go Karting, Water Park, Nights out, Sailing in the bay to watch a superb sunset, all this plus a wonderful place to chill out and enjoy a pool and hot tub. When you have a twenty four year old bounding in with a look of sheer joy on her face and saying "Grannie this is the most wonderful holiday ever" you know you have hit the right spot.
It was the small things like personal ornaments on display, shower gel and toilet rolls in each bathroom, serviettes, constant fresh water in the water cooler that made all the difference.
We will certainly recommend your lovely villa, just wish we could have stayed longer.

Six Star Villa, 12 Star Service
We were chauffeur driven from the airport as part of our package.We arrived at the VillaFrances 'Hands of Spa' and were blown away, its is absolutely gorgeous. Fruit, Sweets, Snacks, you name it- it was all waiting for us.
We booked the Gold package and we got the gold treatment, Staff were attentive, breakfast delivered with as smile. everyday, the place was left immaculately clean by the maids. Although this package didnt provide for evening meals, the Butler who was with us for 2 hours every day arranged for great quality food to made available every day, from sumptuous chicken, mouth watering mash potatoes, glorious spare ribs, scintilating fish, vegetables and salads.
Faros beach is gorgeous, secluded and great for families with small children, we went there 4 times during our stay, chauffeur driven no less to the beach and back- now thats service.
I've been to Spas all over the world, and this element is different, its private for a start- we didnt have hundreds
of people competing for the fabulous over-flow pool, or the Jaccuzzi/hot tub, or the massages themselves.
Lets talk about the massages and treatments- Brilliant !!, Outstanding!! fabulous!! effective !!
We can honestly say we have never felt so well, energised and content so long after our spa treatments.
One thing it did miss was a steam room. Maybe that will be available next year
Cocktail Bar- thanks for the many cocktails Alex- always superbly made and served with a smile- Pina Colada, SanFransisco, Mojito ( with mint picked from the garden), Brandy Alexander and of course the knock-out JaggerMeister
We played table tennis, table football, board games, PlayStation 3, Wii games all throughout our holiday- the kids enjoyed the Wendy house- we saw the bouncy castle was there but it was too hot for that.
We loved all the chill-out music that was available to be played, and all the things that the Butler organised- Go Karting, Horse Riding, Sunset Boat Trips, Magician for our daughters birthday
Would we go back- YES ! YES ! YES ! - we never wanted to leave.
Would we recommend it to friends- We already have.

Time for a reality check...
First, let me say that VillaFrances is indeed beautiful, very modern and spacious, and very well equipped. I visited with family and friends, and we truly had a fantastic holiday, making very good use of the private pool.
HOWEVER, it's my opinion that the owners are trying too hard to sell the villa, to the point where you should understand that some of the descriptions might be subjective, and may create an image in your mind that does not reflect reality.
Be very clear with the owner about what you are getting for the price you pay. Please don't assume that the chef/butler/maid will all be there at the same time, all of the time, at your beck and call. We didn't see the "butler" until three days from the end of the trip, and it turned out to simply be the owner of the villa.
That this villa is truly a spa is somewhat questionable. Yes, there's a pool and a hot tub. But don't get carried away with the image in your mind of some fantastic spa complex. The treatment room is one small room with a massage bed. The masseuse is a contractor that visits by appointment.
The villa has a "video library", "music library" and "games for the family". No, there was no video library. Music was limited to some tracks on a USB memory stick. The family game was Monopoly.
Again, be careful with the image in your mind when the beach is described as "a bit of St Tropez on your doorstep". Firstly, it's not 900 metres away - it's 2.5km. Yes it's 4 minutes away - in a car. While the beach is quiet and indeed quite nice with a great lagoon to float in, it's in a run down part of the area, with a single kiosk serving drinks. Don't think that it's thriving, cosmopolitan and inundated with cafe's, bars, etc. It's not.
The roof "garden" is a small patio at the top of a precarious step ladder. Our entire group spent a total of maybe 5 minutes up there. Other examples of included facilities that aren't really the case a "sunbed" and "sailboat". Read sun lounger - and a rental sailboat that the butler might organise for you at the local beach.
In conclusion, still a great value new villa that's in great shape and really well appointed. In my view, though, the owners, should tone down the way they are marketing it.
